It is important not to overuse this product & to avoid usage on red or irritated skin. If irritation occurs discontinue usage and focus only on moisturizing products. 

Try different usage techniques that work for your skin, like leaving directly on spots underneath your makeup for the day, or covering entire areas as a mask a couple times a week. Ideal time for masking will vary but is generally 10 minutes.
