- Help and identify, sign, and onboard new ambassadors, brands, and collaborations
- Assist with shipping products to affiliates
- Research potential affiliates based on engagement, audience, and how they speak to healthy lifestyle/skin
- Maintain internal organizational & communication systems
- Support the partnership team in executing custom strategies for each influencer or celebrity.

TikTok Master Creator
- Support the social media team in developing a TikTok social strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy.
- Create daily content for the newly launched @clearstemskincare TikTok account
- Engage with TikTok followers and monitor conversations from the brand’s voice.
Identify and communicate with up-and-coming TikTok influencers and creators
- Keep your pulse on the latest TikTok and emerging platform trends, and propose ideas on how we can show up on these platforms.
- Work together with the social team to understand performance and growth metrics in order to adjust creative for optimizing posts.
- Participate in brainstorms and content ideation
- Be self-sufficient with producing your own content

Publicist Intern
- Organize PR files on past and present productions, both physical and digital
- Daily press tracking and reporting
Funnel through CLEARSTEM PR
- Pull quotes from our founder’s in publications and organize in a document
- Strategize and creator content from PR features
