It depends on the shipping speed you choose during checkout, but we do offer Free Shipping on US Domestic Orders over $75! Expedited and International shipping fees will reflect during your checkout process.

We ship within the US and internationally! Enter your information during checkout to learn more about shipping costs and speeds if you are international.

Our fulfillment center is quick! In stock orders typically ship within 24 hours which is why we cannot guarantee changes to your order or shipping address after you have placed your order. Domestic orders are typically received within 5-7 days. International shipping often takes 2-4 weeks. Note: these are estimates and we cannot guarantee shipping speeds as this is completely up to the carrier.

Our fulfillment center uses the DDP method for international shipping. This means customs and duties are paid for at checkouut to ensure faster delivery for you.

CLEARSTEM Skincare will honor a return from a customer if there is an allergic reaction to our products. In this case, customer is expected to send the remainder of the products back to CLEARSTEM Skincare within 30 days of receiving the product, and will then be refunded in full. Other returns and refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed at a case by case basis.

Please check and double check your order prior to placing. We cannot guarantee, and are not responsible for, any changes to your order or shipping address as our fulfillment center quickly processes and ships orders. Simply login to your account and review your subscription in your dashboard. You can edit, make changes to your renewal dates and cancel your subscription at any time. If you need assistance with this, please contact us: hello@clearstemskincare.com. Please note: Once a subscription has been renewed, we are unable to make changes and will only be able to edit or update future subscriptions that have not shipped. 

You are able to subscribe to any of our CLEARSTEM products! You can choose the frequency in the dropdown menu when adding the product to your cart (we offer 30, 45 and 60 days subscribing options). The date you complete your purchase is the date your subscription will begin. You can make edits to your subscription anytime by logging in to your account!
