Refund policy

 

At CLEARSTEM we just want you to love everything you are using! If you have decided to go in another direction for whatever reason, we understand and are here to initiate an effortless exchange or return. We accept returns from www.clearstem.com within 30 days of delivery. If you have purchased a product from one of our authorized retail partners, please follow that retailer's return policy. Please note all gift cards and select merchandise purchased on clearstem.com are final sale.

Returns:

Domestic orders must be postmarked within 30 days of your order delivery date for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Domestic returns will be subject to a $11 handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Eligible domestic returns can waive the shipping fee on returns for store credit.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Exchanges & Store Credit do not have any restocking fees and include prepaid return shipping labels so you have an quick & free experience to try other products.

Products must be returned unused or gently used. If possible, please include the original order packing slip in your return package as well as the original packaging. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account.

CLEARSTEM cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.

 

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
